Finish "Mission #20 : Rigged To Blow" To
Begin This Mission.

Method:

1. Go To "B" Icon & Visit Bruce For This Mission.

2. Steal a Police Car or Dial 911 With Your
Cellphone (Just Like I Did On This Video For
Easy Way)

3. Evade The Cops, Press L1 Button & Search
"LYLE RIVAS" Type This To Police Car Computer
(You Can Use Your Keyboard or PS3 Controller)

4. Head To RIVAS Location.

5. He's Getting Away, Get a Car To Chase Him
And Take Him Down.

6. Niko Will Call Brucie & Mission Completed.

Yeah this mission is pretty hard. I find it difficult to keep up to the guy in my car. I always end up trashing it. I need to get better at this game.

Nah some of them show the Cutscenes, but alot of them dont finish the game. the Cutscenes arent Copywritten, its that since most people played through the game already and forget that people watching havent,so they skip the Scenes.
