Thinking about it Shredder saw every turtles dimension which meant he saw Turtles The Next Mutation, The Third Ninja Turtle Mutation, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Coming Out Of Their Shells Tour, the two part turtles OVA and We Wish You A Turtle Christmas, and yeah Vanilla Ice Ninja Turtle Rap. Is it any wonder he freaking went crazy and wanted the entire multiverse to be destroyed?
