So I am a mother of a teen (different amount of time required) and a middle schooler...and yesterday I invited my teen to do the workout with me. As teenagers, everything seems easy and they are always "think they know it all"...so I'm on D3L9 Meta when he decided to take the challenge...needless to say in his half-coordinated mode was pooped at the ned and still talking about it this morning...He apologized and said I'm truly a super mom to do everything I do daily...it meant the world

You can stick a dvd on for them too ya know, preferably in a place you can see them, my daughter (3) watches dora the explorer on my iPad!!!
If I don't she will do everything she can to distract me... haha

i feel so tired today went to work super early seriously 4:30am and i was thinking of taking a day off of my routine but after this video Im actually getting ready to do my dancing routine Thanks Tracy You are really an inspiration to me and you are so right I am a better mother when I feel good about myself :)

Perfect video. I guess all of us mommies relate, as it's pretty much the same for all of us... My two little girls also "participate" in a similar way and they know that "Tracy time" makes mommy a better mommy...
