  • I had a vortech on it around 12k miles, then swapped to the KB around 20k miles. Sadly I sold the car for an 09 GT500 a few years ago. I saw a KB GT for sale just recently with over 100k miles on it!

  • Do you use the intercooler that came with it?

    What year is your car?

  • Yes, the KB air to water intercooler, and the car is a 2002

  • Thanks for all the comments everyone. As you can see the thunderstorm in the background it was a hot humid florida evening. No excuses from me though, I don't get to the track much. That was my first time in a year. The car is running 3.73s. I'm happy to report the car has been supercharged for 4 years now on the stock motor and still running strong!!!!

  • how many miles do you have on it now and how many miles do you have on it when you put the kb on cause i have a 01 gt with 73000 i live west of gainsville btw nice run and nice car

  • I think you did great. Next time try putting pressure on the shifter when you are acceleratin, cause you cant pull it outta gear when its under load, THEN JUST KICK THE CLUTCH and it will snap into 2nd or 3rd. thats what I do.

  • not too bad either.. i bed it was warm and humid. hit the track in november.. ull be closer to mid 12's

  • do you have gears? seemed like you ran out of gear fast. 4.10 or 4.30?? sounds sweet what was the car you raced in the first run?

  • yeap. you can go 11's with 115mph. cool motor, race weight of ~3300lbs, a 1.8 60' and good shifting and you're there.
