Team Fortress 2 - Wind Waker Styled Explosions

This changes the explosions to those styled to The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker...That's about it.

I completely made everything from scratch.

It's not finished. I still need to add trails on the orange debris, which I couldn't find a possible way to at the time, and just improve it over all.

I'll also be releasing other Wind Waker styled particles in the future (such as fire and rocket trails.)

v1.1 now has the large, yellow, middle particles in front of the ring of particles, which looks 5x better.

@MercenaryBlue Not possible to my knowledge of Particles. I know there are certain particles that are team colored (like the Demoknight's eye glow and the Medibeam) but I don't know how to do it.

I haven't even worked on this in almost a year. I have a rounder and harder version of it on my computer, but TF2 doesn't run on my computer any more, so I'm not bothered to work on it. (I need to change the colors to match TF2's palette and make it a better overall.)

Make Soldier have a Ocarina Buff Banner and Iron Boots gunboats with a Hookshotgun and a Link hat with an Equilazer Master Sword.

That Ocarina Buff Banner is a really cool idea. My friend can model, I'll get him on it. Shouldn't be too hard. The Gunboats are practically Iron Boots, but I can try. Don't need to change the model for that.
