@TMerle its a certain brand of glove yeah, just about every service member I know in every branch wears them. Running the line from front-line Marine Grunts to Air Force nuclear weapons technicians to Navy red-shirts on aircraft carriers.
I dont know if its like a endorsement type thing where they're suggested by the military or if its just what everyone has found to work the best.
@greatdaine the coax also have a heavy barrel to let him shoot more rounds before you have to change the barrel (witch is quite hard when your gun is fixed like that)
KamikazeSOF2 is correct; there are also the M240D and M240E5/M240H which are not in U.S. military use. Supposedly the lighter M240L (aka M240E6) is going into military designation this fiscal year, but we'll see. I say we should stick with the golf and bravo, for they get the job done damn well.
