Typical Union Bosses passing the buck. Unions leadership is the party that benefits from while the rank and file are just sheep. Andy Sterns and others are in it for themselves. American workers Unite is a slogan of previous generations of communist. In the end the workers get screwed and Andy goes to his mansion and they go to their undersized houses.
