Techo Terraza Bajo Arbol (Arq. T.Tezanos)

Proyecto Techo Terraza Bar con diseño arquitectónico que armoniza, respeta y realza un gran árbol existente.
.- Diseño simétrico y radial ajustado perfectamente al espacio irregular de la terraza y que realza el punto mas importante que es el árbol con rotonda-tarima central.
.- Define áreas de acceso (escalinata en eje de simetría), circulación (acera circular), y de mesas (colocación radial) para mejor ordenamiento del conjunto.
.- Construcción simple que no altera lo existente, dejando areas descubiertas pero con sombras proyectadas de tarde para ofrecer ambientes al exterior.
.- Techos de módulos simples a dos aguas apoyados sobre vigas de H.A. en "U" para que funcionen como recolectoras de lluvias y soportadas sobre columnas circulares.
.- Bajantes pluviales dentro de columnas circulares y soterrados.
.- Poca altura de los caballetes cerca del tronco para evitar conflicto con ramas bajas y gruesas.
.- Mucha altura de esos mismos caballetes en extremos opuestos (perímetro) para permitir atrapar ventilación por efecto embudo y realzar las visuales panorámicas desde y hacia la terraza y la rotonda central. Esto a la vez permite apreciar la belleza del techo tal como si fuera una "corona".
.- Mantiene retiros a ambas calles para cumplir requerimientos urbanos y mejor apariencia.

Proposed roof terrace bar with architectural design that blends in, respects and enhances an existing large tree.
.- Design adjusted perfectly on symmetrical and radial to the irregular space of the terrace and enhances the most important point is the tree with round-core platform.
.- Define access areas (staircase symmetry axis), movement (circular sidewalk) and tables (radial placement) for better management of the whole.
.- Simple construction that does not change what exists, leaving exposed areas but with afternoon shadows to offer outdoor environments.
.- Roofs of simple modules with gable beams resting on HA with "U" form to work as gatherers of rain and supported on circular columns.
.- Downspouts into circular columns and underground.
.- Low height of the easels near the trunk of the tree to avoid conflict with low branches and thick.
.- High of these same easels at opposite ends (perimeter) to allow ventilation by funnel trap effect and enhance the visual to and from the panoramic terrace and the central rotunda. This allows us to appreciate the beauty of the roof as if it were a "crown."
.- Maintains withdrawals to meet requirements both urban streets and better appearance.
