Brand New Sanitaire Vs Kirby Heritage

Here I am comparing my brand new Sanitaire SC888 with my Grandma's Kirby Heritage which I think is from 1982. I decided that they're cleaning abilities are about equal based on what I showed on camera here and other comparisons I did off camera. Enjoy! The Sanitaire takes ST style bags and the Kirby takes Generation 3 type bags.

May I suggest lowering each cleaner to the ground a bit? It seems as if bother the sanitaire and kirby weren't making the best contact with the carpet. You should hear that vibragroomer in that sanitaire beating the crap out of that carpet! :D

the Carpet height setting was actually set just right, the belt in the Sanitaire slips a bit when it's sucking in powdery stuff like the oatmeal. So it can't spin at full speed, but it is still spinning.

@gusherb94 The Lux Guardian Ultra usually go for about $2500 as a base price but I've been allowed to sell as low as about $1500-1600 before. Yeah not cheap but that's a 20 warranty and there is a six month no interest payment plan too.

The Sanitaire's a more powerful cleaner than the Heritage, by far. They're both powerful, but the Sanitaire's probably a good 35-40% more powerful, at least.

i like that i have a heritage I and the sani-emptor is a pain in the ass. would be nice to convert it to a mini emptor
