its useful but i want the noobs to suffer how i suffered..

when i joined ffxi i choice blm and didnt know anyone in the game and invites were very rare. As soon as I entered the ToAu I would never get an invite on blm and had to practically solo from 50 to 75.

no noobs should get an easy ride.

Well that was a waste of money wasn't it. Very clever of square enix to fool people into grinding for months and months and all the while handing over their precious money. Very clever.

@Snight101 Because I was a seasoned player whose first character to beat Maat was Hume Red Mage (yuck) and who's second character was a Mithra Summoner (with no higher level jobs to farm the avatars, etc, back when it was tough) I can relate to your level of difficulty with the game. While I sympathize, I also took Black Mage to 75 in "manaburn" parties which I started, more often than not. Because so many BLMs are in your position, it is easy to form a BLM-exclusive group and grind exp.

Hi i used to play i played from 2004-2008 i had a lvl 75 sam witch i love and miss. i stoped because i joined the army and am now in afganastan i want to thank you for keeping me updated to whats going on and i hope i can play with you when i return to the states i want my lvl 75 sam again gota start from scratch :(

SquareEnix listened to the players and didn't listen to the players at the same time. Sure, you can get levels no problem. However, skillups are the problem as you don't get them past the level that the party is synced to. So when you go back to your original level, you're gimped all to hell. You're gimped if you level synced and you're gimped when u don't level synced. SE should fix it so that you could skillup on weapons and magic based off the level you are, not the level the party is synced.

I like your vids, the end of that FFXIV was epic, it really sumed up how I felt too. I don't care much about this add on since I don't play anymore but it's a great idea, wish it was aroound when I played. And dude, seriously, shave the facial hair!

right becuz it seems like ffxi players r all about grinding ,and not improving the game at all, as a ffxi player it annoys me

I like FFXI, its a good game, but its people like u is why i say WoW community > FFXI community
