How to Add Scroll Bars Controls to an Excel Form

This is the fourth video in my series of videos that show you how to add Form Controls to an Excel Workbook. In my experience, the books that attempt to explain Form Controls lack specific details. There always seemed to be "a missing step" in their explanations. I know that it took me quite a bit of experimenting to make the Form Controls work each and every time.
