@ultragamefan this is how to get ho-oh, in HG it will be lvl50 and in SS it will be lvl70
To get Lugia you go to whirl islands in HG its lvl70 and in SS its lvl50. Get it? They wouldnt change places for the two games, just levels. Common knowledge.
