A shampoo TV commercial from Malaysia. The song is called "Istmewa" by Indigo. This is just a simple experiment to see how Malaysian targeted advert interpreted by the rest of the world.

"Women are sacred and precious and we value them as people not objects. You don't walk around with diamonds (...), you cover them up. Same with women in public"

LOL. Logical reasoning doesn't come in pair with religious people.

But if someone thinks that his or her monotheistic religion is better, I remind that islam is very similar to judaism and christianity (covering hair was actually originally in old testament, same with stoning). The difference is seculatization.

The biggest issue I see is that instead of dealing with a person's weakness and susceptibility to "sin" we scold others that unintentionally tempt from their normal existence. *Man rapes woman for having exposed hair. Woman must cover hair so man doesn't rape.* This is ass-backwards. Why restrain the rights of one individual because a second individual is too weak to control him/herself? If taken far enough, the "tempter" loses so much freedom (the niqab) because the tempted is just do damn weak

the Angels called "watchers" were so enamored by the beautiful hair on the young women, that they disobeyed God, and defiled themselves by lusting after them, marrying and having relations with them and the offspring they produced were called nephillim. They were very evil because they were immortal powerful spirits that were born into sinful flesh. they grew very large (giants) and made a horrible mess of the world. They were one of the reasons for the great deluge. All that over beautiful hair

i never understood what was the point of girls wearing hijab for modesty when they openly flirt or flirt with their eyes. its like a wolf wearing a sheeps skin. head covering started in the beginnings of time when women needed to cover their hair because back then it was very sexually appealing. showing off your hair could get you raped. It was necessary to protect ur hair if u wanted to keep ur dignity. Thats not the case in most of the world, but some places men are still too seduced by it.
