how to handle drunk douche bags who talk tough at the bar.

walking out of the bar guy (in red) started making fun of my friend from far away saying he looked like a bitch, my friend was getting called out for no reason (in the green) and the guy (in the red) then started talking shit to everybody outside the bar saying he was not to be fucked with. my friend was going to fight him but then he wanted to talk to him first but i was done talking, so i came over to settle it (in the black). then guy (in red)he doesn't say anything until people get around him and he knows we aren't fighting anymore then he starts talking shit again. dumb guys at the bars shut em' down quick no talking, right?
