The film, "Crack the Disparity: It's Not Fair. It's Not Working.," was produced by the Crack the Disparity Coalition and directed by Howard University film professor Alonzo Crawford which highlights the history of the Anti-Drug Abuse Act legislation in Congress, and its affect on low-income and African-American communities.
Really something to think about.
