We should have a "dumbass" law. That is we tell people that if you go playing around the borders of North Korea, Iran and get arrested then you are on your own. Why should we use up our money on these dumbass hikers. There are enough mountain ranges in the rest of the world? You never heard of the Alps, Rocky Mountains or the Andes mountains of South America? No you have to go hiking on the border of a crazy state run by fanatics. Dumbass rule needed here.
