  • The plot twist is not what is great about this movie. It's the mood and atmosphere.

  • One of the scariest films ever made.

  • A classic film, good to see it on here :)

  • PS I tecall rhe sequwl ro rhis movie ir sucked big time to uae a rare classic to make a cheap ass follow up to thia flick just to make a quick buck

  • A classic that I did not find until my near golden years. This movie was a litttle ahead to the times when people could not rap their heads around classic horror or scifit becuase was a whole different critter going off in a new direction that touch peple off gurad and did not know what to make of it.

  • Epic.

  • I wonder if S King got the idea for the Shining from this film. Seems like the two are awfully similar.

  • the 2000's are great, i can watch Alice coopers faviorite horror movie, online...for free:D

  • This is a fantastic moive. A somewhat innocent conversation with a friend about urban exploration reminded me of this film earlier tonight. This film once came free as a bonus film on a dvd that I purchased (incidentally 'House on Haunted Hill'), and i have been hooked ever since. I watch this film at least once a year without fail. It is extremely clever in the way that it creates a very eerie feeling with very little use of special effects. One that everyone should see.

  • Like the bride walks out

  • John Clifford also wrote a play: The Wabash Winning Streak, directed by Herk Harvey at the Lawrence Community Theatre, in the early 80s.
