This is a video discussing one of the most important verses for the Christian in the Bible, 1Jn.1:9.
'This verse should be memorized and practiced daily by the Christian. Modern
Hyperdispensalionists teach that since your sins are forgiven at Calvary (Col.1:14) you have no business confessing them after you are saved. But the verse is not talking about salvation or the atonement; it deals with cleansing (vs.7) and fellowship (vs.6) Paul not only confessed his sins after he was saved, he confessed the ones he had committed before he was saved (Acts 26:10-11, 1Tim.1:13). Paul's converts in Ephesus confessed their sins publicly after they were saved (Acts 19:18) The Hyperdispensationalists have not yet found a way to tell you how to 'judge' you sins to avoid chastening without telling the Lord about them. (1Cor.11:31-32)-Ruckman Reference Bible.

  • @edwardpf123- Steve McVey has a heresy saying even if you sin you're not out of fellowship. BALONEY. i mean how in the world can a believer sin and NOT feel guilty about it? thanks for the video.

  • @dutchmcgee101 -Amen! Yes, there are those who teach that. They say that since all your sins were paid for you don't have to confess them. Confession is a return of fellowship,(1Jn.1:9) to return to being filled with the Holy Spirit, which we lose when we sin. It has to do with our walk, not our eternal salvation.
