to vietreal, umm like yea, ur an idiot, how the hell do you know if we don't go in the ring. Do you even know what the hell your even talking about? Alot of martial arts have noi cong, not just Hong Gia. Its your opinion if you think it sucks, we would respect that if you give constructive criticizism, but all you do is say it sucks and havnt even given one good reason why. @vietreal noi cong or noi gong as its said in south china cannot be done standing only lying down this is more of hard noi gong if you can concieve such a thing

After looking at the website, i see that it is different. This hong is red.

But you may also fing Hung Gar of the same name Hong, but with different pronounciation.

Hong Gia is Hung Gar in Vietnamese. In Viet nam the hung style, wing chun, and bak mei all carry a different look . not wrong, just different. still very good, all from direct chinese immigrant masters.

Is hong jia the same as hung gar? Some people tell me it's the same, some people say it's different. Can someone clear this up for me?

@shaolinwarrior87 I noticed on their Hong-Gia wb-site they wrote '鴻' 家 not as the

'洪' 家, 洪家拳, 洪門, or 红 (red) 拳, Chinese arts. (鴻 Hong is a name)?

So i think people confuse which 'Hong' is meant. In this case, the Hong is not the

same as 洪 hero, or 红 red fist, family, etc. Lam, Chiu, Lau are from the 洪家 !
