A 3 year old child operated for congenital cataract with in the bag Acrysof IOL along with Posterior capsulectomy and anterior vitrectomy develops proliferation of Elschnig's pearls which cover the pupillary area. This video shows how access was gained into the retro IOL space and how the pupillary axis was cleared with the help of a vitrectomy cutter.
