@DelicceLawless2 . it has a couple of different meanings. First its a referring to the blending of genres between "acceptable" mainstream black music and "gangsta" rap. (Ice Cube's group NWA and Michael Jackson were examples of the 2 extremes of black music of the late 80's early 90's).
