I prefer Tech 9 over lil wayne because
- lil wayne's flow is mechanical and technical sounding; Tech 9's flow has charisma and force
- lil wayne has no energy; Tech 9's rap gets a response out of you (not like "that's touching, I'm gonna cry now" just that it makes you go "whoa!")
- rap to me about the vibe it gives off, lil wayne focuses too much on the literal aspect of it for my taste (if the rhymes where the most important aspect of rap, I could just read it lol)
