Minecraft Animal Trap

Not the best animal trap out there. Also, this wasn't long after I started playing alpha. Anyway, animals walk into a hole from which they cannot jump out of. There is a doorway that leads into my base with a wall separating the animals from entering my base completely. If I see an animal I want from the trap, I'll let it into my base.

I think an even better trap for animals is a large room that goes about 4-6 into the ground(the top is at ground lvl for the animals to jump into) and the floor is netherack, and when alot of animals are in ight all the netherack on fire...Thumbs up if this idea helped you.

@MrAdamAdam123 Nah, you're cool. I was joking. Even if you were serious, I could care less. The triple door was for decoration. That was the first level I ever made. And the house was retarded. Originally it there was nno building down below, just a set of stairs up to a floating island. The stairs were originally designed to fool the dumb creeper AI, so it couldn't follow me up the stairs.
