Wow! you look great. Thanks for your inspiration. I had lapband surgery 18 months ago and several band fills later had no weight loss, I have had the band tightned very tight. Hopefully this time I will be on the road to weigt loss. I can only eat soft food and liquids that are not to thick at the moment. I would be interested to know what foods made you feel satisfied while losing the weight and did you drink liquids before meals or after?
