Solid Citizens "On Top" at the US Masters

Highlights of the 1988 US Masters golf tournament with Brisbane band Solid Citizens song "On Top" used as a backing track. Broadcast during a rain delay in the 1992 US Masters and introduced by Ian Chappell, footage features Greg Norman, Seve Ballesteros, Fred Couples and others. "On Top" was written by G. Muirhead and M. Walker, published by MCA Music/Gilbey, recorded at the Manor Studios, UK by Mike Shipley and Mark Goldenberg and released by RCA Records/Roxy Music. The singer, Michael Walker, was the President and is currently a member of the Rockhampton Golf Club, one of Central Queensland's premier par 72 championship courses. Greg Norman held the RGC course record of 70 until 2004. Rising star Jason Day learnt his golf as a junior with his father on a daily basis at the Rockhampton Golf Club. www.rockygolfclub.org.au
