This is inspired by a routine Sasha, from the IG forum, posted and I had to try and make a video for it. It is about 4-5 seconds over time but I couldn't bear to cut out any of the choreography.
Leap to split mount (A)
Back extension roll (B)
Aerial cartwheel (D) + Back walkover (A) + Needle scale (A) + Front roll (A)
Back handspring + Back handspring + Layout to two feet (E) - 0.2 in CV
Full turn in attitude (C)
Gainer Onodi (D) + Front aerial (D) - 0.1 in CV
Switch ring (E)
Switch split leap (C) + Fouetté hop (B)
Round-off + Back handspring + Patterson (G) - 0.2 in CV
Sorry about the editing again!
1G, 2E, 3D, 2C - 3.5
EGR - 2.5
CV - 0.5
Total - 6.5
I would love to see a routine like that!

This is a very good routine! I love that it honors the older gymnastic style. I miss these kinds of routine, it's so balletic and so fluid and I think nowdays, gymnastcs sacrifice the heart of a routine for an extra flip. The sick thing is that the new CoP rewards sacrifice of choreo for difficulty. I would rather see a less difficult routine that takes my breath away, rather than a jam packed tumble routine. Love this. And I love the Onodi. <3
