It's just an ankle roll. I did it several times due to loose ligaments in my ankle. It hurts like a motherfucker at first, and it's pretty tender for a little while but when it's all said and done, it's just a sprain. Looks much worse than it really is.

See, if I had warend eveyone that it was a terrible looking ankle sprain, people would have been expecting it. I want them to see it unexpectedly and go, "oh, that's terrible!" That split second of shock is what I live for.
