Great! What vegge plan? Im doing a mix of mcdougall and graham. I'm loving it b/c I still get to eat some cooked vegan goodies ;). I know 100% raw is best but I'm finding I can stay on track by mixing the two since these both follow the same low fat high carb vegan principles.

Carbs are tricky. I'm still experimenting with the slow-digesting ones right now to determine the correct ratio for weight loss for my body. So far, whole wheat bread, sweet potatoes, and black beans (in moderation--of course) have been great for me.
Yaaaaaaaay on the weight loss!!! A loss is a loss. You're moving in the right direction. And that's wonderful!
