najam sethi is very biased journalist. every country has its own version of history. 65 war was indecisive, Pakistan had a significant part of indian territory against which we russia built us steel mills, which are still running. 71 war was an internal issue of pakistan, most of the pakistnis didnt liked bengalis anyways and considered them an inferior as as they looked more like hindus. although i admit we clearly lost 71 war.
