@LiveLaughLoveladida I lived through 3.5-4 years of depression and anxiety and just 'cured' myself. Went to see doc's but they all said I would be best off with medication, I just walked out and lived with depression and anxiety for years. Through research and trial and error I basically diagnosed myself and found the root of my depression and anxiety and over the years I was able to just use self therapy training programs to get back to a normal state of mind. So glad I did it without pills

@Smokie181 yeah you are so right the illness i have had since being put on eli lillys olanzapine (an anti psychotic even though i am not psychotic) it was given to me as a mood stabiliser when i was really depressed. i gained a huge amount of weight i became a drooling idiot and have awful health problems since. dont trust pharmaceutical companies.
