He's back! I hope you like it!

This was a little something we filmed a couple of days ago. Due to me being busy with studies and other film work, and Chris being busy with work and other business in general, I had not seen him since February at the Blackpool Convention, despite the fact that we still live very close to each other. It was great meeting up again, and we took my P2 + Letus rig for a spin and came up with the following little video. I hope you appreciate it!

  • I have to say Allan, i am about to start a Film Production course at university, and i think that your style is very unique. You have a true sense of depth to your cinemtography and i can tell you will go far in the film world, you never know we may end up working together :)

That said, you guys always impress me with your flourishing, and although i have only just started, i am hooked to the cards already. Just wondering, how long have you been into Magic/Flourishing?

    Steve

  • @ProlificStudios Hey, Steve! Appreiciate the kind words.

While it's not me in the video - I've been into magic for as long as I can remember. Probably sparked the interest at an early age - although I have been practicing it seriously for about eight years, although on and off in periods where the film interest has taken over. Flourishes - for about five years now.

    Good luck!

    Allan

  • Hey Allan, sorry for asking so many questions, but what lens did you use for this?

To give it that sort of, animated look.

    Cheers

  • @ChrisWebberMagic Hey, Chris. Sorry for not replying sooner. I think I used a 50mm and a 35mm - both Carl Zeiss. Hope it helps!

    best,

    Allan

  • I'm hooked. I have to watch this every day at least 10 times or else I die.

Thank you for this glorious video Allan and Chris.

  • @ChrisWebberMagic Wow. Thank YOU, Chris! I appreciate it a whole lot. It's responses like these that make me want to keep making videos for the cardistry community, even though I'm busy doing my thing in film school.

    Best,

    Allan
