  • WHY DID I THROW AWAY ALL THOSE MONITERS..... Whyyyyy!!!!

  • so machst du deinen pc kaputt weil du die metallflüssigkeit um polst

  • It exactly does nothing to an LCD. Checked empirically;-)

  • Degauss is a CRT function, operating system has nothing to do with it, whatsoever.

This will NOT work on LCD ( flat panel ) monitors.. in fact, I'm not too sure I know what it would do ( probably nothing on most LCDs ).

  • Virtually every CRT monitor in existence has a "degauss" function in the OSD ( on-screen-display ).

Use this function once, maybe twice, all should return back to normal. If degaussing doesn't get it, use the opposite polarity of a much weaker magnet to get the high spots normalized, then degauss again.

I like playing with magnets and CRTs :-)

  • So you can damage your PC.
