Jim McCaughan, CEO, Principal Global Investors partipated in an expert FundForum International panel session entitled 'What are you doing differently? The specifics of how Asset Managers are delivering more value to the end customer in terms of the risk/return, transparency and volatility of products that deliver what they say.'
In this session each Panellist had five slides and 20 seconds per slide to explain their ideas before the next presenter took to the stage prior to a discussion.

In an interview with financial journalist Kalpana Fitzpatrick, Jim discusses how his business model has changed since the financial crisis as well as his belief that we are heading towards another recession in peripheral Europe.
