He was an incredible singer this guy, right up there with Roy Orbison. Two of the best singers ever.

Gene Vincent, along with Eddie Cochran and Buddy Holly, had such a massive following in England. It is interesting to note that these artists were much more revered in England than they ever were in their native USA. The fact that their music STILL lives with many of us, and is still being re-discovered by a newer and younger generation proves the fact, and of the impact these artists had all those years ago. Their light still shines, and they remain an insparation to many young musicians today.
