Hi...Do been doing a great job!!!! Your been such an inspiration to me I am mother of 1 boy and its been so hard for me its my second time and I failed at the 3th day. Today I am on my first day and I am planing to hang as much as I can...40 will be perfect...just tell me how did you deal when you were cooking for your family and smelling...please give me your advice!!!

It's so weird that you say that about starting over because I feel similar. My tong is white again and I have bad breath! you are doing great! You look amazing!!

OMG Nicole, I can see it all in your face. You look great! I read that if you stay on the detox for an extended period you will have systems again. For the majority of people it is said to happen on the following days: 2, 3, 7, 14, etc. But my first time I detoxed pretty hard on day 8 and this time it was from day 1 to now. LOL. No its got better and Ill probably update you guys tonight.
