Jitte.( 空手道 糸東流 )

Esta forma es la primera de una linea de tres katas Jitte, Jion y Jiin provenientes del templo chino shaolin. Jitte significa "mano del templo" incorpora técnicas defensivas contra ataques de palo largo, posiciones de piernas muy bajas con pasos largos. Kata para el fortalecimiento de brazos y piernas y el desarrollo de velocidad y potencia. Se enseña en el grupo Shito Kai Sosei ( Budo Sosei Kai ) en el grado de 2ºKyu o cinto marrón.

I would suggest that a good shotokan has more stick fighting..why? its my favorivate kata..his didn't remind of a stick fighting..

Interesting diferences between shotokai and shotokan versions. This version seems more 'empty hand' than the shotokan version that definitely has some stick fighting in there.
