Sixth game of #5961D, and another possible historic moment. (As a side note, the Giant Price Tag here is my favorite.)

When did they start using that graphic and when did they stop?

They started using a "TEN THOUSAND" graphic sometime between 10/16/84 and April 1985, probably around the same time as this Giant Price Tag debuted.

The graphic added "DOLLARS" by this episode.

Personally i like the third Giant Price Tag from the pre Drew Carey era of The Price is Right in fact a like all three of the Giant Price Tags

I really love that "TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS" graphic that used to light up on the screen when the game was fully revealed.

You could see the XE in Deluxe Dice Game when they got a full shot of GPT, which in the Breslow era they quite often did.
