A Current Affair (Channel Nine) australia airs an interview with Tom Cruise. CONveniently, the interviewer is none other than Leila McKinnon, who just so happens to also be the wife of Channel Nine's CEO, who is best buds with James Packer and Tom Cruise.

Yet another puff piece done by Channel Nine, because having mates in the right places allows puff pieces to run on Tom Cruise and his $cientology.
This portion of the interview is only about half the entire interview and is related to Cruise's cult. The rest of the interview is even more puff about Cruise and Valkryie. Leil even has the gaul to say Valkryie is "a hit movie". Well, if it is a "hit movie", then why has it only earned $7mil over the $70Mil MGM poured out to convince people to watch it. Also, if the movie is "a hit", then why have 801 movie theatres in Nth America just dumped Valkryie?

Well done Channel Nine and ACA. You again run another puff piece on your buddy Tom Cruise

  • She almost ventured into the "danger zone"! Lol

  • @Avery1now All organized religion in my eyes are a brainwashing cult. some are more convincing then others and while i feel its okay to believe what you want to believe, i think that churches tell you how you should think, which interferes with creating a personal meaning to life. i feel that everyone should find what brings meaning to their life, and if you believe what a popular religion says, then fine. just dont believe it because they told you so, believe it because YOU believe its right.

  • You are such a gay motherfucking wanker, Tom! Fucking hate you!

  • Oh so true! As long as Tom's making money the Scientologist will contiue to make him feel like he's a god. I just wish he would snap out of his closed mindedness and realize his religion was created by a fictional book. Dumb, so dumb to get snatched into believing something so ridiculous. Wake up, Tom! If you didn't have money you'd for sure realize just how many of your fellow scientologists would be standing by your side.

  • The greed of the con artist is what drives him to advocate abuse, condone murder or violence. Imprison members, threaten those who leave etc..etc..All this is motivated by greed. This will ultimately be the down fall of the con and cult it is.

They just need the right people to wake up and realize what BULLSHIT it all is. It'll only take a few, but it must be the right few thats the problem. Those "Right Few" are mostly kept from what the average member experiences. Hence the Celebrity Center.

  • Getting a member to believe they need more "Scientology" because of what has already worked for them is the goal. The initial improvements are the hook. Once the member becomes willing to move forward in the Church the con is complete and now it's just a matter of raking in as much money from someone as possible. They don't care if a member leaves, thats expected for the most part. Keeping them quiet is the hard part so others will join.

  • Tom needs to wake up and realize he can still be the nice guy, or the guy that enjoys helping others or somehow making positive changes without attributing it all to Scientology. Tom has lost his own identity. He is being used by a cult and he can't see it for the con it is. I'm sure there are some idea's along the way that help people, that's the hook. Then one falls into the trap of believing they still need more improvement which is the con for money. A member's willingness to pay IS the con.

  • Tom Cruise is a Tool for the Cult of $cientology.

  • word.
