An informal performance of David Rakowski's 49th piano étude, a finger-pedaling étude, in Amy's home in May, 2008; windows are open, and birds can be heard singing. The title is a play on words on the Italian dish Saltimbocca, which means "jumps in mouth" -- Saltimmano, if it had any meaning at all, would mean "jumps in hand". Recorded on a Flip Video Ultra. Rakowski's études are copyright © by C.F. Peters.
