Thank you for this! Yes, some of this looked a bit "judo-esque," if I can mix languages like that. But then how could it not? The human body is put together a certain way, and certain moves are going to be more effective than others. So any system that's any good will have some similarities to any other system that's any good.

I like the way some of the older knowledge is being rediscovered.
