But of course, not literally everyone could be like Rorschach. Because then there'd be no need to be all Rorschachy. There'd have to be subhuman degenerate savages to exterminate, otherwise Rorschach has no purpose. So as long as there are savages to exterminate, there will always be a need for Rorschachness.
