Great video. I do the rolling excercise when I get those monthly tummy pains. Helps to keep the bowels moving and get rid of trapped wind .

Do you just do yoga and eat vegan foods? Or do you also do any exercises that involve weights or cardio?

@SaevTheAnimals I do cardio too and my yoga style- pranashama yoga-incorporates core training, functional fitness, qi gong and pilates techniques.

Hello Dashama Your videos are very inspireing but difficult for those who are heavier is there any beginner techniques you can help us with especially if we are heavier and not as flexible. Thank you for your videos ^^
