This is a great way to end your Tricep/Chest workout: Dips Burnout.

Best with 1 or 2 workout partners. In this case, Rico and Andy equals two people.

Every person does 1 rep until the rotation is complete. You then move onto 2. And 3. And 4. And so on until every person fails.

  • why did you film this? Your form is wrong, and body weight wont do much.

  • Should just do 10-12 reps with weight. You won't get much size using bodyweight for burnout.

  • stupid i do it all ones 30 set of 30
