El Betis B gana en el Villamarín el atractivo 'derbi chico' entre los filiales bético y sevillista.

Ambiente de gala para presenciar un atractivo derbi entre filiales en el Benito Villamarín. El Betis B fue muy superior en el cómputo global y venció por 2 a 0 a un Sevilla Atlético que no supo contrarrestar las virtudes del cuadro verdiblanco.

Fue más igualada la primera parte aunque la iniciativa del juego corría a cargo del Betis B, donde brilló en el centro del campo un sensacional Carlos García. En ataque, las incursiones de Vadillo y Pozuelo traían en jaque a la defensa sevillista, que se veía obligada a achicar muchos espacios. Pudo sentenciar el Betis B en el último minuto de la primera parte cuando una combinación entre Vadillo y Pozuelo deja a este último en situación de remate que se va alto.

Ya en la segunda parte se acentúa el dominio bético con la entrada de Álex Bernal por Nono. Fue mejor el filial verdiblanco contra once, y mucho más contra diez y nueve, tras las expulsiones por doble amonestación de Alejandro y Salva, respectivamente.

Pero había que matar el partido. Pozuelo se va de su par en el centro del campo con un magnífico reverso y sirve para que David Agudo sólo tenga que empujarla poniendo el 2 a 0 definitivo.
