They did the same thing! ATT straight out lies! They charged me for a subscription to text message alerts! Apparently I signed up on May 5th. I went through my bill and I had NO outgoing messages that WEEK, much less for a subscription! They straight out lie. I called twice until they refunded my money!

I owned an iPhone for a year and I never had any of those problems. It was something you downloaded on your own.

Nothing AT&T tells you can be trusted. They are a professional company of con artist. They tried to scam me from my unlimited data package by attempting to trick me with a lower cost plan without stating it was a limited plan and now they are slowing down data transfer rates for long time customers who dare to use the unlimited data packages they used to get grandfathered customers to sign up again with their new I phones.
They are crooks. I hope the company dies.

Dont let At&t abuse us let leave there phone and INternet ,,,150 GB cap they started doing. Im leaving at&t DSL & phone.there going to be sorry.,10 fee going over. it not unlimited no more 39. plan :-(
