It's a small crime - Kevin/Macy/Nick

PLEASE READ OR RISK NOT UNDERSTANDING ! :- )
No copyright infringement intended. Please watch until the end for song/clips info, as I don't want it in my tags, in fear of it getting muted or taken down.
STORY;
Macy has always had a little crush on Nick, and one day Stella simply pushes her over to him, and they start talking. Kevin sees this and gets worried, because he has been in love with Macy for some time now, and he's afraid they will start dating.
Much to Kevin's dismay, they do, and they are happy for quite some time, Neither Nick nor Macy noticing how this is tearing on Kevin. Kevin feels it's like a "small crime", crushing on his brother's girlfriend, but he can't help it.
Then one day, when Macy is happy, looking for Nick, she finds him sitting with Penny, and when he tells her "I wrote you a song"(just as he did to her), she is devastated and realizes he is actually cheating on her with another girl.
Nick finds out Macy saw him with Penny when he sees her cry, and feels it's just a "small crime", to cheat on her, and after the hug from Penny he realizes Macy is the one he wants, but Kevin sees them hugging and immediately understands what Nick has done - perhaps he has done things like that before?
So when Stella offers Nick to go speak with Macy and "make things better", Kevin says he can do it instead, something Nick thinks is fine, and wishes him the best of luck, expecting to get his girlfriend back.
Kevin tells Macy he heard about the break-up and hopes she is allright, and he asks her out, something Macy is very happy about, seeing she has had a good eye for Kevin for some time actually, even from before the break-up.
But Nick overhears them...

EDIT; I DO NOT MEAN TO MAKE NICK JONAS SEEM LIKE A PLAYER ! I'm positive he's a very nice guy who's very loving and caring. I'm in no way trying to offend him, but I needed someone to be the 'bad guy', and because of the Penny-clips, he fitted well. :- )

You could have used Joe? I mean there are the times when he kisses Stella... That would make it more dramatic! Joe cheating on Macy with her own bestfriend! I'm a genuis!

Oh wow this is reallygood!! it's awesome how like...i would've captured the story even if you didn't say what it was. You did the whole plot line thing really well it was very distinct and i knew like "okay this is where stella pushes macy.......okay now there dating.....poor kevin is crushed....BAM nick cheats on macy....Kevin asks macy out....she says yes....oh crap nick heard." lol. you know? really good job. and i love this song!!
