The deeper we go into the subject matter, the more we see that most of us have been playing church. There is still time for us to repent of our sins and follow the word of God. Will you join me in the proclaiming of God's divine truth? God bless you guys out there!

  • it always works that way. God woulf not lie to the Pastor who has the obejctive of bringing glory to His name alone. The people must always get behind the biblical mandate. if not the ministry will fail. PJ

  • An anecdote that's opposite: when a guy I know became pastor of his church, the church was in debt of about $1 million (and that was about 25 years ago), but the pastor decided to obey the biblical principle of grace giving & so the church abandoned the teaching of tithing being commanded today & taught grace giving. That got out of debt so fast as people gave cheerfully, & it's just thriving.

  • You are so correct. We were going into a larger building and the building was not appreciated as a place for equipping the saints. They lost it after I resigned. I guess they did not believe me. Thanks for the comment.

  • The problem with this is pastors take peoples money and build big temples, pay themselves and wife fat wages and misuse the funds. The money is meant to go back to the believers in the church who have needs not to finance the pastors lifestyle.I am so sick of these folks.Read Acts 17:24-31
