@abyss2590 That particular bit of soundtrack music was used throughout the David Tennant era - although most famously in Silence in the library. So it still could have been a reference to a London episode.

@abyss2590 Well, even if that particular episode isn't set in modern day London, it's still an observation of the show. Though I agree, they coulda had an episode that was set in London. xD

And The Scene Is The Opening Scene with CAL and Dr. Moon and at the end of the clip is when The Doctor and Donna burst in and say
"Oh Hello, sorry to burst in on you like this, But can we stop here for a bit?"
