@fmbighair It means leave it in the fridge for 24 hours so that all the essence of the vegetebles come out.

At 47 seconds, you said leave it for 24 hours to infuse, so does that mean cook on low for 24 hours? I didn't realize you have to cook it that long? I don't understand the process? any info would be appreciated, thanks again!
