I am from Germany and I wanted to travel to Nigeria last year (for holiday) - but we thougt it was too dangerous. There also is warning from the German embassy to go there if not absolutely necessary.
So sad - such a beautiful country - Scammers and other criminals in my eyes don't represent this country - but they ruin the countrys and its hard working peoples' reputation all over the world. Nigeria could really be a tourism-paradies without it's minority of criminals.

very ignorant and upsetting statement. you guys make it seem like first of all white people are gods...and second of all if you step out in nigeria u will get killed. i was born and grew up in nigeria. in school now in canada....and i have to say I LOVE MY COUNTRY to death and that is where i want to settle down. yes nigeria can get unsafe sometimes but its people like us that have to start making little differences.
